MENTOR IN YOUR CORNER:
• Weekly check-ins for 90 days, every 2 weeks to month 6, then monthly
• Coaching: technique, exams, notes, patient communication, tough cases
• KY licensure support
NO WEEKENDS:
• Full-time: Mon-Thu 7:45am-5:15pm, Fri 7:45am-3:15pm
PAY THAT CLIMBS:
• $70K guaranteed year one
• $5K monthly base plus monthly visit bonuses
• Realistic year one: $76K-$86K, easy-to-hit bonuses
• Base rises to $8.2K monthly with consistent productivity
• Base plus bonuses: up to $120K yearly as you grow
TIME OFF THAT GROWS:
• PTO: 10 days after 6 months, 15 in years 2-3, 20 from year 4
• 7 paid holidays plus half days: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day
EXTRA BACKING:
• Malpractice support from year 2, up to $2K yearly
• CE support after year 1, required CE doesn't use PTO
ROOM TO GROW:
• Growing practice: about 120 weekly visits, room for up to 240 with 2 doctors
HANDS-ON CARE:
• Adjustments and soft tissue every visit
• Diversified, Thompson, Activator, Cox flexion-distraction
• Class IV laser, dry needling, cupping, ultrasound, electrical stimulation as needed
• 15-min visits, 1-hour new patient visits
• Established assistant team
• Patient-first, never revenue-driven
